Hello, I’m Lisa Strickhausen, I’m a fifty-year resident of Corpus Christi, a
graduate of the University of Texas and a Real Estate Broker with over 30 years
full time experience (residential, ranching and commercial).
I began my career as an agent with a local real estate firm. In 1980, I opened
Strickhausen Real Estate and later became founder and managing partner of
Associated Brokers. In the Fall of 1996, I became affiliated with RE/MAX metro
properties so I could offer my clients the benefits of a national firm. Since my
affiliation with RE/MAX, I have received numerous awards including The
Presidents Club, The 100% Club (1997-2000), and The Special Vanguard Council
Award. In 1999 I was named the 6th Top Producing agent at RE/MAX, out of an
excess of 80 agents. In 2003, with an excess of 100 agents, I was named 5th top
producer for RE/MAX. In 2004, I was in the top 15 agents at
RE/MAX. In 2005, I was 2nd Top Producer in the office and received the Platinum Award. In 2006, I rated 3rd in our local office and was presented the Hall of Fame Award .
My specific area of expertise lies in my ability to become acquainted with my
clients, know their desires and expectations and select the perfect home
or
property to fulfill their needs. My years of experience in the Corpus Christi
market have allowed me to become familiar with the subdivisions and
neighborhoods, educational opportunities and the dominant areas of growth and
prosperity. I’m also quite experienced in remodeling of older homes and
decorating. I have a vision to see what can be done to make a home look like it
was just built.
One of the things I take pride in as an experienced REALTOR® and an individual
is my ability to make my clients comfortable. As you get to know me, you will
see that I’m up front, honest, and sincere. My goal is to establish a
